<p>Radford College is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Director of Enrolments, to lead and shape the enrolment experience for prospective families. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the College’s strategic growth, reputation and community engagement.</p>
<p>As the first point of connection for prospective families, you will bring warmth, professionalism and insight to create a highly personalised and engaging enrolments journey, one that reflects the values and opportunities of Radford College, a leading independent co-educational Anglican school from Pre-K to Year 12.</p>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>The Director of Enrolments provides strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of enrolment from the initial enquiry through orientation and commencement. </p>
<p>You will lead a high-performing team, drive data-informed decision making, and ensure a seamless, compliant and future-focused enrolment process.</p>
<p>This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring an individual who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and continuously improving systems and processes.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide strategic leadership of the College’s enrolment function, identifying and cultivating new enrolment opportunities </li>
<li>Act as a passionate ambassador for Radford College, promoting its academic, pastoral and co-curricular offerings </li>
<li>Lead the end-to-end enrolment process, ensuring a bespoke and engaging experience for every family </li>
<li>Oversee waitlist management and enrolment decisions in line with College policy </li>
<li>Deliver high-quality reporting and enrolment projections to inform planning and decision making </li>
<li>Ensure all processes meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements </li>
<li>Lead, develop and support the enrolments team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement </li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders </li>
<li>Represent the College at tours, information sessions, community events and promotional activities.<br>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, public relations and/or marketing, highly desirable </li>
<li>Knowledge of SIS Synergetic and/or CRM EnrolHQ desirable</li>
<li>An understanding of the Independent School sector is preferred but not essential </li>
<li>Current Working with Vulnerable People Clearance (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).</li>
