All CCGS staff participate in annual training in child protection. &nbsp;All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>Some of the key responsibilities are:</p> <ul> <li>To work within an experienced and cohesive Learning Enrichment team and commit to putting students at the heart of the education process</li> <li>Deliver individualised and small group interventions to support students in their learning and to access the curriculum</li> <li>Coordinate and allocate Learning Enrichment Teacher Aides (LETAs) to support students, with oversight from the Head of Learning Enrichment K-6</li> </ul> <p>To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW (NESA)</li> <li>Evidence of high-level student outcomes across Years K to 6</li> <li>A high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacher</li> <li>Highly proficient skills in digital literacy</li> <li>An understanding of and ability to differentiate the curriculum</li> <li>Aboriginal Education experience is desirable</li> <li>The capacity to cater for different learning needs</li> <li>Experience with assisting the management of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD)</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Good administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability</li> <li>A commitment to the strategic direction and ethos of the school&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Interested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School’s Strategic Plan ‘<i>A School for Good Character &amp; Practical Wisdom</i>’, available on our website at&nbsp;<a href="http://www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au</a>.
