Key responsibilities include supervising and interacting with children, assisting with activities, and helping create a safe and welcoming environment.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>This role includes a strong responsibility for child safety and wellbeing, ensuring all practices align with legislative requirements and the College’s Child Safety and Wellbeing framework.</p> <p>We offer <strong>flexible casual hours</strong>, including mornings, afternoons and vacation care, making this an excellent opportunity for Education students seeking practical experience alongside their studies.</p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent); or</li> <li>Currently studying an Early Childhood or Education-related qualification</li> <li>Current Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting certificate, or ability to obtain</li> <li>Current ACECQA-approved Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management Training, or ability to obtain</li> <li>Ability to support engaging programs for children in a group setting</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment</li> <li>A professional, reliable and proactive approach</li> </ul> <p>We will consider both new-to-industry and experienced candidates.
