<p>The Head of Senior School reports to the Principal and is a key member of the College Executive, contributing to strategic leadership, whole-school improvement and the effective operation of the Senior School. </p>

<p>The Head of Senior School provides visionary, faith-informed leadership across Years 7–12, ensuring each student is known, supported and challenged. The role leads academic performance, wellbeing, curriculum delivery and staff development, while overseeing daily operations and compliance. Working collaboratively, the Head fosters a culture of high expectations, deep learning and continuous improvement, embedding evidence-informed practice and strengthening community partnerships. This is a visible and relational leadership role, shaping an engaging, inclusive and future-focused Senior School experience. </p>

<p><strong>Key Selection Criteria</strong></p>
<p>The successful applicant will demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>An authentic and lived Christian faith, with the capacity to lead the Senior School in a manner that reflects and strengthens the Anglican ethos.</li>
<li>A clear educational vision for Years 7–12, promoting academic excellence, deep learning and future-focused practice.</li>
<li>Strategic leadership capability, with the ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement and embed evidence-informed practice across the Senior School.</li>
<li>Strong relational and pastoral leadership, fostering wellbeing, belonging and high expectations for students.</li>
<li>Effective operational leadership, managing people, programs and resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the Senior School, including wellbeing, behaviour, compliance and transitions.</li>
<li>An engaging and visible leadership presence, building trust and strong partnerships with students, staff and families, and contributing to the wider College community.</li>
</ul>

<p>Offered as a full-time, ongoing position with a commencement in Term 3, 2026 (or by negotiation), applicants must have a right to work in Australia and hold current NESA accreditation. </p>
