The role leads the design and implementation of interactive data dashboards that deliver actionable insights to inform school planning and system-level strategy. It provides expert guidance in curriculum, pedagogy and assessment, aligned with contemporary research, reformed syllabuses and diocesan priorities supporting primary and secondary educational outcomes.&nbsp;<br><br> Working collaboratively with CS Teams, the Data and Analytics Team, and school leaders, the Education Officer builds teacher and leader capability in analysing and applying assessment data to strengthen classroom practice and enhance academic performance. The role supports the coordinated delivery of evidence-informed initiatives, including professional learning and targeted HSC strategies, and monitors their impact to ensure sustained improvement. Through partnership with internal teams, CSNSW and external agencies, the Education Officer contributes to the development of system-wide approaches that enhance learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement.<br><br> In addition, the Education Officer ensures that the data products, insights and dashboards developed through this role directly strengthen system-led projects focused on improving student identification, growth and achievement. By producing high-quality, timely and actionable analytics, the role enables system&nbsp;<br> leaders to monitor patterns of learner progress, identify priority cohorts and target support where it will have the greatest impact. These data insights underpin coordinated approaches to HSC strategy, informing the design, implementation and evaluation of diocesan initiatives aimed at lifting performance and enhancing overall student achievement across schools.&nbsp;</p>
