<p><strong>he Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join us our Junior School (Glendalough) in Term 2.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Learning Support Officer will work closely with classroom teachers to support students in their learning, helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. The role is a FTE (0.81) spread across 5 days per week fixed term until the end of the academic school year.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supporting diverse learning needs, ensuring all students are engaged to achieve their potential.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Liaising with teachers and the Learning Diversity team on their child's specific learning needs and be accountable for reviewing and interpreting results.</li> <li>Keeping accurate records of support&nbsp;</li> <li>Attending PSG meetings</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p>You have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to work collaboratively and energetically within a dynamic organisation.&nbsp;</p> <p>Applications close:<strong> 2 April 2026.&nbsp;</strong> Applicants must have a 'right to work' in Australia.
