<p><strong>Location:</strong> Emmaus Catholic Education Centre, Macarthur</p> <p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Executive Director of Schools invites applicants from suitably qualified and experienced personnel for this permanent full time position of Hospitality and Event Coordinator, Emmaus Centre.</p> <p>Reporting to the Operations and Administrative Services Manager, Emmaus Centre, Campbelltown&nbsp; this position exists to support the day to day duties of providing administrative, hospitality and event services to staff, students and visitors of the Emmaus Centre, Campbelltown.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></p> <p>As the face of the front counter, you will be responsible for:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage all front of office enquiries to the Emmaus Centre including deliveries and visitors</li> <li>Coordinate incoming event enquiries from the Event Coordination Form, liaising with Service Area administrators and facilitators</li> <li>Organise hospitality and catering requests with preferred suppliers and following guidelines on CEDoW Stewardship of Funds</li> <li>Maintain the Emmaus Centre Bookings Resource Calendar for all room bookings and parking</li> <li>Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during events to troubleshoot any issues that arise,ensuring a seamless experience for guests and presenters</li> <li>Raise purchase requisitions in TechnologyOne and goods receipt</li> <li>Monitor student centre bookings and provide administrative assistance to students studying at Emmaus Centre</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the&nbsp; Operations and Administrative Services Manager, Emmaus Centre</li> </ul> <p><strong>SELECTION CRITERIA</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment</li> <li>Minimum Cert IV in business administration, hospitality or equivalent</li> <li>Proficient knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Platform</li> <li>Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric focus</li> <li>Excellent time management skills, working to deadlines with attention to detail</li> <li>Effective organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, judgement and discretion</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to show initiative, be proactive and self-motivated</li> <li>Willingness to work independently and in a collaborative team environment</li> <li>Knowledge and understanding of the business in which the organisation operates</li> </ul> <p>Desirable&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience using Technology One&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY WORK WITH CEDOW?</strong></p> <p>At CEDoW, we believe in supporting those who support our students.
