The role involves completing general repairs, responding promptly to maintenance requests, and coordinating with contractors for specialised work when required. With a proactive and organised approach, the Grounds Maintenance Officer identifies issues early, prioritises tasks effectively, and maintains accurate records to support compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
