Situated on one campus of 46 acres catering for 1146 students. Our staff help create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone is known, valued, and connected.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The role involves supporting students with learning adjustments through collaboration with the Learning Adjustment Leader, Subject Teacher, and the Learning Support Team.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Implementing approved programs and following established procedures.</li> <li>Assisting the Subject Teacher by working with students in classrooms, small groups or individually.</li> <li>Helping develop programs for targeted students and preparing necessary materials and resources.</li> <li>Tracking students' progress, maintaining records, and communicating this to the Learning Adjustments Team.</li> <li>Recommending actions to improve educational outcomes for students, particularly at-risk students.</li> <li>Attending meetings like Program Support Group (PSG) and special sessions with Learning Adjustment staff or specialists.</li> <li>Assisting on excursions and outings when needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our benefits include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$41.30 per hour</li> <li>A warm and welcoming community</li> <li>A strong team based culture</li> <li>Dedicated support from College leadership</li> <li>Access to the latest IT and resources&nbsp;</li> <li>Urban/regional modern school with onsite parking and close to public transport</li> </ul> <p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p> <p>Please submit the following via the link provided:</p> <p>1.&nbsp;Response to the Selection Criteria</p> <p>2.
