<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>As Academic Administration Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative skills to the Leadership Team. You will be a motivated problem solver with an eye for detail and ensure processes run smoothly to support students' learning and achievement. Hours of work are 8:30am to 3:30pm, 4 days a week during the school term. You'll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>ability to undertake administrative compliance</li>
<li>advanced technical skills in platforms such as Compass (or similar), specifically regarding reporting cycles and student data collation</li>
<li>a proven ability to act as a professional liaison for the College, handling complex or sensitive enquiries from the College community with diplomacy, empathy, and absolute confidentiality</li>
<li>demonstrated advanced level of computer literacy and proficiency</li>
<li>high-level skills in drafting, editing, and formatting professional correspondence and documentation</li>
<li>a rigorous approach to data entry and document proofing to ensure accuracy in student reporting and academic records</li>
<li>the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced educational environment, while providing high-level support</li>
<li>highly developed interpersonal skills, with the capability to work autonomously and unsupervised</li>
<li>a commitment to Catholic ethos/Salesian charism of the school (essential).</li>
