CSBB are currently looking for a Procurement Support to join our high-performing team within the Financial Management Workstream!

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Commercial and Procurement Lead, you will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys being part of a high-performing team within the Financial Management Workstream.</p>
<p>This permanent part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in process-driven work and enjoys a fast-paced service environment. You will play a key role in supporting our Procurement Partners and helping maintain supplier data and compliance, as well as purchasing support for our schools.</p>
<p><strong>Key Role Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<p>In this role you will be responsible for key tasks including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining accurate supplier information in CSBB’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (‘TechOne’) and internal databases </li>
<li>Managing supplier onboarding and maintaining up to date compliance documentation</li>
<li>Updating and managing procurement data using Excel and templates</li>
<li>Responding to school enquiries regarding purchasing, suppliers, and compliance</li>
<li>Supporting Procurement Partners with tender administration and procurement projects</li>
<li>Assisting with implementing digital purchasing catalogues and tools for schools</li>
<li>Monitoring data quality, identifying errors, and ensuring complete and accurate records</li>
<li>Providing responsive administrative support to ensure smooth procurement operations</li>
<li>Upholding CSBB’s procurement standards, policies, and ethical practices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment </li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management </li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability (sorting, filtering, formatting, some formulas, maintaining trackers), as well as strong familiarity with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite</li>
<li>Ability to quickly learn new systems (ERP/finance system experience is advantageous)</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal </li>
<li>Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining high quality </li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines </li>
<li>A service mindset with a responsive, solutions-focused approach </li>
<li>Agility and adaptability in an environment where priorities can shift quickly</li>
<li>Supportive of the Catholic ethos in an educational context.</li>
