You’ll play an essential role in supporting our people through every stage of their journey at Knox.</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing practical, confident advice on People &amp; Culture policies and procedures</li> <li>Support the end-to-end recruitment and induction processes for your portfolio</li> <li>Supporting performance management, coaching, and employee relations matters</li> <li>Assisting with grievances, investigations, and workplace matters with professionalism and care</li> <li>Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle</li> <li>Tracking key employment milestones including probation and contract renewals</li> <li>Preparing employment documentation and supporting leave processes</li> <li>Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance reporting (including Working With Children Checks)</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You’re a proactive HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
