<p><strong>What Makes this Role So Important?</strong></p>
<p>As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll partner with leaders and staff across the School, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic contributor. You’ll play an essential role in supporting our people through every stage of their journey at Knox.</p>
<p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Providing practical, confident advice on People & Culture policies and procedures</li>
<li>Support the end-to-end recruitment and induction processes for your portfolio</li>
<li>Supporting performance management, coaching, and employee relations matters</li>
<li>Assisting with grievances, investigations, and workplace matters with professionalism and care</li>
<li>Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle</li>
<li>Tracking key employment milestones including probation and contract renewals</li>
<li>Preparing employment documentation and supporting leave processes</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance reporting (including Working With Children Checks)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You’re a proactive HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring sound judgement, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to support people.</p>
<p>You’ll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or related discipline)</li>
<li>At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices</li>
<li>Experience in recruitment and candidate management (interviewing experience desirable)</li>
<li>Confidence using HRIS platforms (LMS experience advantageous)</li>
<li>A current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)</li>
</ul>
