This role is central to fostering excellence in learning.</p> <p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full Time | Fixed Term</li> <li>Terms 2, 3 and 4 2026 <i>with the possibility of ongoing</i></li> <li>Support the delivery of major school music events by organising logistics such as ticketing, transport, documentation</li> <li>Coordinate all aspects of the Instrumental Music Program—lesson scheduling, enrolments, communication with families, and liaison with instrumental teachers</li> <li>Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the Head of Music and wider music staff to support daily operations, the Instrumental Hire Scheme, AMEB exams, and Music Camp administration</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Successful Candidate Will Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>A professional, warm and proactive approach, demonstrating initiative, confidentiality, attention to detail and a willingness to support students, families and staff across the Music Department</li> <li>Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively while managing competing priorities in a busy school environment</li> <li>Strong administrative capability, including confidence using digital systems (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Synergetic, Music Monitor/School Box) and a high level of accuracy in record‑keeping and data management</li> <li>Experience working in a School environment or a music-focused setting</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Sacré Coeur Offers</strong><br> Professional Growth | diverse learning opportunities, coaching and mentoring, induction program<br> Wellbeing &amp; Connection | Staff Connections Team, dedicated self-care space, Access EAP<br> Work-Life Balance | Three week mid-year break, active social club, fitness centre<br> Facilities &amp; Access | outstanding</p> <p>Staff remuneration is in accordance with the <i>Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA)</i>, and we offer a comprehensive suite of benefits that reflect our commitment to wellbeing, professional growth, and holistic support.</p> <p><strong>How To Apply&nbsp;</strong><br> Applications will be accepted via SEEK only.
