The successful applicant will be a highly effective teacher who demonstrates the following:</p>

<li>ability to teach TAS courses Stage 4-6</li>
<li>the VET leadership position (optional) does not require a VET teaching qualification, however, a knowledge and/or experience of supporting/leading VET teams is advantageous</li>
<li>an ability to think creatively, demonstrating an innovative mindset transforming ideas into action</li>
<li>exemplary understanding of quality assessment</li>
<li>differentiated pedagogical approaches to teaching and learning centred on the needs of all students, including an understanding of Gifted education and Diverse Learners</li>
<li>excellent knowledge of NESA requirements and NSW TAS curriculum including Curriculum reform</li>
<li>ability to actively support the College's scholastic initiatives and promote its innovation in light of the Strategic Plan</li>
<li>commitment to ongoing professional growth, engaging in reflective practice and mentoring, and contributing to the development of others through capacity building and empowerment</li>
<li>commitment to ongoing professional development and faith formation</li>
<li>ability to apply strategic thinking to lead change initiatives, foster innovation, and build a culture of high performance and accountability, aligned with the College's Strategic Plan and Leadership Framework</li>
<li>strategically leading improvement in teaching and learning using evidence-based research, data, curriculum and contextual knowledge</li>

The Coordinator position is a promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.<br><br>
