<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>Year 5 Classroom Teacher</strong>, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>expertise in planning, implementing and evaluating the K-6 curriculum, using contemporary pedagogies and evidence-based practices to support high-impact learning</li>
<li>a commitment to collaborative planning and professional dialogue with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes</li>
<li>strong classroom management skills with a clear focus on student wellbeing, positive relationships and restorative practices</li>
<li>the ability to design inclusive, differentiated and rigorous learning experiences that meet the needs of all learners</li>
<li>a commitment to nurturing students' faith development and participation in the Catholic life and mission of the school</li>
<li>strong communication skills and the capacity to build positive partnerships with families and the wider school community</li>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education and current NESA accreditation</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li>
