This is why we have taken the initiative to get ahead of the market and offer the following unique package of benefits to our staff:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Staff School Fee Discounts:</strong> Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on their children's school fees at our schools, pro-rated to their FTE&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Wellbeing Support:</strong> We provide a robust wellbeing program to ensure our staff thrive and grow, including a Fitness Passport</li> <li><strong>Salary Packaging</strong> for eligible employees</li> <li><strong>Free, on-site parking</strong> at our Pennant Hills office</li> </ul> <p><strong>Specific Criteria</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will demonstrate:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Admission as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW, with at least five years’ post-admission experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience providing practical, day-to-day legal advice in a complex organisational environment and acting as a first point of contact for legal guidance&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong experience drafting legal documents, managing contracts and overseeing commercial agreements&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated capability in legal risk management, particularly within large or complex organisations&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of governance, compliance obligations and legislative frameworks, &nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to liaise effectively with external lawyers and other professional advisors&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of commercial operations and organisational decision-making&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor advice to the receiving audience&nbsp;</li> <li>A customer-focused approach, working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to remain adaptable and responsive to change, and to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Office skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to the Catholic ethos and willingness to support the mission and values of Catholic education&nbsp;</li> <li>A strong commitment to safeguarding and child safety&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are Catholic Schools Broken Bay, a vibrant and enriching learning environment that spans the Central Coast, Sydney's Northern Beaches and the North Shore.
