<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Manager</strong><br><strong>Guilford Young College</strong></p> <p><strong>1.0 FTE, Full Time, Ongoing</strong></p> <p>Guilford Young College is seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Manager to lead the strategic direction, quality, and delivery of Vocational Education and Training (VET) across Catholic Education Tasmania.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>The RTO Manager is a key leadership position responsible for shaping the strategic direction and effective implementation of VET within Catholic schools. This role ensures the efficient use of resources and the smooth operation of all Guilford Young College RTO functions, maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and service.</p> <p>Reporting to the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of the RTO, the RTO Manager holds substantial influence and authority over organisational resources, programs, and decision‑making. The role provides strategic advice, oversees policy and program implementation, and ensures alignment with external regulatory requirements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the strategic development and delivery of VET programs across Catholic Education Tasmania.</li> <li>Ensure efficient, compliant, and high‑quality RTO operations.</li> <li>Provide authoritative advice to the Principal and CEO of the RTO.</li> <li>Oversee the implementation of policies, systems, and programs that meet external standards and regulatory obligations.</li> <li>Exercise significant autonomy, judgement, and initiative in decision‑making.</li> <li>Work collaboratively across complex organisational structures to achieve shared goals and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are an experienced VET or RTO professional with strong leadership capability, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and sector requirements.
