<p>We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administration Assistant to College Operations and Faith and Mission to support the effective coordination of key operational and mission-based activities within the College.</p>
<p>This role provides essential administrative and organisational support to the College Operations and Faith & Mission portfolios, assisting with daily administration, communications, and the planning of events and initiatives that contribute to the life of the College community.</p>
<p>This is an ongoing full time position working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:06pm.</p>
<p>As the Administration Assistant to College Operations and Faith and Mission, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide high-level administrative support to the College Operations and Faith and Mission teams</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications</li>
<li>Assist with the organisation of College events, liturgies, retreats, and community initiatives</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative systems</li>
<li>Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and meeting materials</li>
<li>Liaise with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders as required</li>
</ul>
<p>We are looking for someone who has:</p>

<li>Demonstrated administrative experience, ideally within an education environment</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a busy environment</li>
