<p>Navigator College is seeking passionate Junior School Teachers for fixed-term part time or full-time position commencing on the 27 April 2026 and for mid-year intake on the 20 July 2026 until the end of the 2026 school year.&nbsp;</p> <p>Navigator College seeks to attract passionate and innovative staff to partner with our team, our students and our families in shaping the future of education in Port Lincoln, whilst upholding the Christian ethos of a Lutheran School.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will also:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;be an educator with passion, experience, enthusiasm and dedication for the profession&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;have the interpersonal skills to work as a cooperative member of a team&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;have sound knowledge and demonstrated success in applying an inquiry based approach to teaching and learning&nbsp;</li> <li>have a commitment to ongoing professional development&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;have considerable skills and experience with ICT above all, want to work at developing an exciting atmosphere in an innovative College.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>The successful applicant will be employed in the College to take responsibility for the provision of the learning program within their allocated class/classes, along with all other responsibilities expected of a Junior School Teacher.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will be able to work cooperatively with other staff members and the community, and actively contribute to the mission and vision of the College.</p>
