Community Engagement - Data & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney This is a permanent, part-time position at 0.8 FTE, working four days per week.
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The fundamental purpose of this role is the strategic management and analysis of donor, community, and volunteer data to support effective fundraising, engagement, and stewardship You will play a pivotal role in informing evidence-based decision-making and enhancing donor relations</p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver proactive donor segmentation, targeted selections, portfolio management, and analytical insights to support fundraising</li>
<li>Produce timely, decision-ready reporting for appeals, campaigns, and donor journeys</li>
<li>Maintain compliant, audit-ready donation records and ensure reporting aligns with financial reconciliations</li>
<li>Steward the CRM and fundraising modules, upholding standards for coding, data definitions, and privacy</li>
<li>Coordinate volunteer registrations, confirmations, and participation records, particularly for Gawura programmes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Essential Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing and analysing data to support fundraising or community engagement outcomes</li>
<li>Strong analytical capability with the ability to produce clear, decision-ready reports and insights</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and high-level competence with CRM systems and data integrity practices</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with financial and donor records</li>
<li>Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a cyclical environment</li>
<li>Commitment to the School's Vision, Mission, and Core Values</li>
<li>A valid and current Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required at all times</li>
