<p>We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and highly skilled Office Administration Manager to play a<br>
pivotal role in ensuring our Regional Office operates smoothly, professionally and in alignment<br>
with our mission and values. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced<br>
administrator who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and creating welcoming and efficient<br>
environments for staff and stakeholders.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As our Office Administration Manager, you will be the central hub of our organisation’s daily<br>
operations. You will oversee reception and stakeholder services, optimise administrative<br>
workflows, coordinate facilities and WHS activities, and maintain key organisational systems<br>
and processes.</p>
<p>Your strong organisational skills, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will help<br>
ensure LESNW continues to operate effectively.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leading front-of-house and reception services to deliver a warm, professional and<br>
welcoming experience.</li>
<li>Managing office operations including supply procurement, equipment servicing,<br>
facilities coordination, security, storage and enhancing stakeholder relationships.</li>
<li>Streamlining administrative workflows, using automation and digital tools to support<br>
continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Supporting events, meetings and staff functions, including hospitality and logistics.</li>
<li>Overseeing records and information management, including compliance requirements<br>
and database upkeep.</li>
<li>Maintaining internal communication systems and supporting staff with administrative<br>
assistance.</li>
<li>Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.</li>
<li>Supporting staff onboarding and offboarding, ensuring readiness of workspaces and<br>
security access.</li>
<li>Acting as Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer, championing WHS activities and<br>
emergency readiness.</li>
<li>Maintaining the organisation’s Business Continuity Plan.</li>
</ul>
<p>This role requires initiative, sound judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to work<br>
autonomously in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional environment.</p>

<li>Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Experience in event coordination, hospitality support or facilities management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern digital administration tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder-service skills.</li>
<li>A collaborative, helpful and solutions-focused mindset.</li>

<li>Flexibility in working hours may be required to support events and meetings.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in education, not-for-profit, or faith-based sectors.</li>
<li>Knowledge of WHS, Fire Warden responsibilities, or facilities management.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher in Administration, Business, Management or a related<br>
field.</li>
<li>Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).</li>
</ul>
