<p><strong>St Francis Catholic College</strong> is a co-educational, multi-campus secondary school seeking a passionate and committed person to join its growing team.</p> <p>Known and respected for its learning and wellbeing programs, the College opened a new campus in Cobblebank in 2023 with an intake of 140 Year 7 students and will accommodate 1500 Year 7-12 students by 2028.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our Year 7-12 Melton West campus, with its exceptional facilities and secondary pathways, is the foundation upon which our new campus will be modelled.</p> <p>St Francis Catholic College nurtures each student’s spiritual and academic growth in a supportive, caring, encouraging, and faith-filled environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Property, Grounds and Maintenance Manager - Cross Campus</strong></p> <p>The Property, Grounds and Maintenance Manager – Cross Campus is responsible for leading and overseeing all grounds, maintenance, property, and contractor operations across both campuses, ensuring a consistent “One School, Two Campus” approach. Working closely with the Principal, Business Manager and Deputy Principals – Head of Campus, this role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant, well-presented, and aligned with the College’s strategic and master planning priorities. The position provides leadership to the Grounds and Maintenance team, manages preventative and reactive maintenance, oversees essential safety measures and compliance requirements, and supports capital works and long-term maintenance planning.</p> <p>This hands-on leadership role also manages service contracts, security systems, risk and OH&amp;S obligations, and after-hours emergency response, while contributing to budget preparation, procurement processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
