<p>Treetops is seeking an enthusiastic Bursar to work in the Administration team. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of one of Perth’s well-established and innovative learning communities.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Prior Accounts experience (Payables, Receivables, School fees) is essential , and experience within a school setting preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Working knowledge and experience or willingness to train in MYOB.</li> <li>Demonstrated effectiveness in both oral and written communication.</li> <li>Able to work proficiently and meet tight deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>A friendly manner, approachable and engaging both in person and over the phone.</li> <li>Diplomacy skills with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity across all areas of work.</li> <li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to use discretion, initiative and knowledge to determine appropriate actions.</li> <li>A proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple commitments, maximising time management to achieve optimal output.</li> <li>A high level of computer literacy using a range of programmes.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.</li> <li>Proven experience in a similar role in then Education sector is ideal.</li> </ul>
