Loreto Toorak is seeking highly organised and professional VCE Examination Supervisors to support the administration and supervision of Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) and internal examinations throughout the 2026 academic year. This casual position is employed directly by Loreto Toorak with rate of pay aligned to the rate set by the VCAA.

This casual position is employed directly by Loreto Toorak with rate of pay aligned to the rate set by the VCAA.</p> <p>Working under the direction of the Chief Examination Supervisor, the VCE Exam Supervisor is responsible for monitoring exam sessions and ensuring a fair, secure and ordered environment that allows students to complete their assessments with integrity and in accordance with all School and VCAA guidelines.&nbsp; Exam Supervisors are required for casual shifts during peak assessment times in June, July, October and November.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>The VCAA requirements to be a VCE Exam Supervisor, state that you are not:</p> <ul> <li>Related to, or associated with, any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026.</li> <li>Teaching or tutoring any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026.</li> <li>Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT, any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026, or any school staff engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school in 2026.</li> <li>Employed at the School in any other capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or member of the administration staff.</li> </ul> <p>Our key dates for examinations requiring availability are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>General Achievement Test (GAT) - Tuesday 16 June 2026</li> <li>Trial English Exam – Monday 20 July 2026</li> <li>Trial Exams – Monday 28 September – Friday 2 October</li> <li>CCAFL exam - Thursday 15 October&nbsp;</li> <li>Written examinations - Monday 26 October– Wednesday 18 November 2026</li> <li>Training dates to be confirmed</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will be available for all key examination dates listed above and will ideally have experience in the conduct and administration of VCE and semester examinations.&nbsp; The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children (Employee) Check.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why work at Loreto Toorak?</strong></p> <p>Joining Loreto Toorak means joining a supportive, inclusive and collaborative community.
