We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Compliance / Enrolment Officer who shows initiative and the ability to be both organised and flexible in the work situation. The Compliance / Enrolment Officer must be able to work well in a small team and interact effectively with both children and adults, showing discretion and respecting confidentiality.

<p>We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Compliance &amp; Enrolment Officer to join our school community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment, shows initiative, maintains confidentiality and builds positive relationships with families and staff.</p> <p>This position plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our school remains compliant, safe and well organised.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage school compliance requirements including OHS, risk management, contractor compliance and policy updates</li> <li>Coordinate Essential Safety Measures (ESM) checks and annual audits</li> <li>Maintain registers (Working with Children Checks, training, chemicals, electrical tagging, asbestos, etc.)</li> <li>Support medical compliance processes, including maintaining student medical records and medication registers</li> <li>Manage enrolment processes from enquiry through to onboarding</li> <li>Maintain enrolment data, waiting lists and student records (eSIS)</li> <li>Coordinate Prep enrolments, school tours and transition processes</li> <li>Support Year 7 transition processes</li> <li>Provide general administrative support and assist with attendance, census and school communications<br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Essential Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Current Working with Children Check and Police check</li> <li>Experience in compliance, risk management or administration (highly regarded)</li> <li>Experience working with families in a school or community setting</li> <li>High level organisational and administrative skills</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion<br> Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional manner<br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Personal Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Friendly and approachable</li> <li>Highly organised with attention to detail</li> <li>Flexible and solution-focused<br> Able to work collaboratively within a small team</li> <li>Committed to supporting the vision and mission of a Catholic school community<br><br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>If you are an organised and proactive professional who values strong relationships and enjoys ensuring systems run smoothly, we welcome your application.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>The positions will commence as soon as possible in 2026.</u></p> <p>The successful applicant will have the capacity to -</p> <p>Support the Catholic ethos of the school and strengthen connections with the parish</p> <p>Build and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The applicant must be committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</strong></p> <p><strong>Have a current Police Check&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>See attached Role Description</p> <p>Salary is in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement and available on website&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cecv.catholic.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">www.cecv.catholic.edu.au</a>&nbsp;</p> <p>Applications should be made in writing and forwarded via email to the school office / Principal.</p> <p>Please email Mrs. Angela Tonkin</p>
