<p>Cire Services seeks to appoint a passionate and supportive Learning Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Lilydale Community School. This role is instrumental in fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments and will suit someone who enjoys working closely with learners from diverse backgrounds and who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused setting.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support educators in the delivery of tailored learning programs</li>
<li>Assist students with classroom activities, promoting engagement and participation</li>
<li>Help prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, respectful learning space</li>
<li>Provide individualised support to students with varying needs</li>
<li>Contribute to the wellbeing and development of students in alignment with Cire’s values</li>
