<p><strong>About our School</strong></p> <p>Tyndale is a preschool to Year 12 co-educational school located in Blacktown, Sydney. At Tyndale we believe that God has given parents the responsibility for the nurture of their children according to the Word of the Lord. Tyndale is therefore committed to partnering with parents in the Christian education of their children by equipping students to be disciples of Jesus through Christ-centred Biblical education.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong><br> We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Diverse Learning Educator (Teachers Aide) to join our team, working primarily within the primary section of the school. In this role, you will provide in‑class support to teachers and students, assist with targeted intervention groups, and deliver 1:1 support to students with diverse learning needs. The position includes assisting teachers with the educational program, preparing and organising materials, and carrying out general administrative tasks such as managing student and equipment records. You will also support teachers during excursions, sports days, and other student activities, as well as help monitor and guide students within the classroom environment. Under the direction of the Diverse Learning Teacher, you will contribute to evaluating and responding to individual learning needs, while being a part of a collaborative and motivated team of Diverse Learning Educators.
