The Learning and Teaching Leader provides strategic leadership to improve teaching practice and student learning outcomes across the school. The role ensures coherence and alignment between curriculum, assessment and instructional practices, championing an evidence-informed approach to teaching and learning. This includes leading curriculum development, strengthening assessment practices, guiding instructional improvement, coordinating targeted intervention, and building staff capability through professional learning and coaching. The position works collaboratively with the Leadership Team to enact the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and Annual Action Plan (AAP), fostering a professional culture grounded in Catholic values and high expectations for all learners.
