Are you a warm, organised and professional receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy school environment?

We welcome applications from people who are friendly, flexible and calm under pressure. Experience in reception, administration, customer service and/or working in schools would be an advantage. This role operates on an on‑call basis, with availability required to cover both short‑notice absences and blocks of pre‑planned leave. While this is a casual relief position, there may be scope for it to develop into an ongoing part‑time role later in the year, subject to College needs.

As the relief College Receptionist at Victory, you will play an important role in supporting the daily life of the College. You will help create a welcoming and professional front office experience for students, families, staff and visitors, while providing reliable administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the College.

Duties may include answering and directing phone calls, welcoming and assisting visitors, supporting student and parent enquiries, managing sign‑ins and passes, assisting with attendance and First Aid room processes, and completing general administrative tasks as required. You will work closely with administrative and teaching staff to ensure continuity of service and a calm, well‑organised front office environment.

Our community is built on quality, caring relationships and a shared commitment to serving all those we come into contact with each day. By contributing to a welcoming and respectful front office environment, you’ll help set the calm, supportive tone that enables students and staff to thrive.

A current Employee Working with Children Check is required for this role, along with First Aid and CPR qualifications (or a willingness to obtain these prior to commencement).
