This role would also suit those studying teaching or a related discipline who are keen to gain hands‑on experience in a secondary school environment.</p> <p>As a Learning Enhancement Assistant at Victory, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ academic engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and pastoral care. Working closely with teachers, wellbeing staff and families, you will provide in‑class support, small‑group or one‑to‑one assistance, and help students navigate social, emotional and behavioural challenges throughout the school day. Your work will contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student is known, valued and encouraged to grow.</p> <p>Learning Enhancement Assistants support students during key times of the day, assist with the implementation of individual support and behaviour plans, and help students build emotional regulation, positive peer relationships and confidence in their learning.
