Wenona is seeking a part time, temporary Receptionist to provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact at our Miller Street Reception

<p>Wenona is seeking an organised and energetic part time Receptionist, <strong>working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (during term time only)</strong> to provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for members of the Wenona community and visitors. The role delivers high-quality customer service and administrative support to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, contribution to the smooth daily operation of the School. To achieve this, Wenona prides itself on attracting intelligent, inspiring and motivated employees who serve to role model strong, positive relationships and is committed to fostering an environment where all staff are passionate about refining their skills and pursuing a love of learning.</p> <p><strong>The Position</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet and monitor all visitors to the West Campus in accordance with Wenona Visitor Guidelines.</li> <li>Respond to all incoming calls on a timely basis including effective and sensitive referral to appropriate staff.</li> <li>Maintain a file of school information, including notices, timetables and events in order to easily answer enquiries.</li> <li>Maintain a daily record of variation to normal routines for staff and students so that locations can be determined immediately in the event of an emergency.</li> <li>Manage the booking and use of the Miller St Meeting Room using the online booking system, and ensuring the room is prepared and ready for meetings.</li> <li>Provide administrative assistance and additional support, as required.</li> </ul> <p>This is a temporary part-time position working <strong>Wednesday, Thursday and Friday</strong> during term time only.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated reception experience as well as experience providing high-level administrative support (preferably in an educational setting) with strong verbal and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality. With a professional demeanour and exceptional customer service skills, you will be very organised with excellent time management skills.
