If so, St Peter’s Catholic College, is searching for a highly qualified Assistant Principal: Student Achievement to join our dedicated leadership team. This pivotal role partners with school and system leaders within Catholic Schools Broken Bay to champion high quality teaching and learning, nurture a vibrant faith culture, and maximise holistic student growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Drive innovative teaching and learning initiatives, promote student achievement and data informed practices.</li> <li>Coach, collaborate and build the capacity of teachers and leaders; encourage evidence-based strategies to optimise the learning experience for all students.</li> <li>Model professional and ethical standards, ensuring operational excellence aligned with regulatory requirements and the College’s vision.</li> <li>Engage with families and the wider community to celebrate diversity and promote the College’s value proposition.</li> <li>Support the Assistant Principal: Evangelisation and Catechesis in fostering an inclusive, values-based Catholic community and supporting spiritual development for staff and students.</li> <li>Facilitate opportunities for staff and students to deepen faith through prayer, retreats, and authentic experiences.</li> <li>Champion continuous improvement, trust, and psychological safety within the College environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This executive leadership position forms an integral part of Catholic Schools Broken Bay, a distinguished system encompassing 43 schools across the Central Coast, Sydney's Northern Beaches, and the North Shore.
