<p><strong>Full-time, ongoing position</strong><br><strong>$118,234 - $138,496 per annum, plus super</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Wellbeing Project Delivery Lead to support school communities across Western Victoria.</p> <p>This role supports the vision and mission of DOBCEL through the provision and coordination of evidence-based wellbeing services within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework. Working closely with the Leader: Wellbeing and the DOBCEL Wellbeing Team, you will lead and coordinate strategic wellbeing initiatives aligned to DOBCEL Strategy 2035.</p> <p>A key focus of this position is ensuring equitable access to wellbeing services for students across the Diocese, regardless of location.
