<p>The College is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join Concordia College in 2026. </p>
<p>The Administration Assistant is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, well organised, professional and effective Reception area or our St Peters Campus in Blackwood. The Administration Assistant has First Aid responsibilities and provides support to students in the Student Services area. The Administration Assistant will provide general services to students, the Principal, School Leaders, and others as needed. This role will require a willingness to assist others as the need arises.</p>
<p>The Administration Assistant is responsible for receiving, recording and distributing accurate information regarding student attendance on a daily basis. This position requires accuracy and the ability to calmly and effectively balance several tasks during busy periods. The Administration Assistant will have high level of digital technology competencies with a typing speed commensurate with the needs of the role.</p>
<p>This is an important position as it requires a high level of communication skills with students, teaching staff, parents, non-teaching staff and other community members. As a member of a team, the successful applicant will show evidence of being collaborative and strongly supporting the ethos and values foundational to Concordia College.</p>
<p>An expectation of the role is to carry out the duties of the position in a manner that enhances the standing of the College in the community. The ability to present professionally and maintain friendly interactions while following procedures will be essential</p>
