They are responsible for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring minimal disruption to educational activities. In addition to responding to service requests, they manage IT assets, perform installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance, and document technical procedures and solutions.
