<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
Trinity Catholic College Auburn is seeking a dedicated and highly organised School Support Finance Officer (Level 4) to join our College community. This is a full-time, temporary position replacing a staff member on maternity leave, commencing Term 2, 2026 and concluding at the end of 2026 with a possibility of an extension.<br><br>
As an integral member of the College office team, you will demonstrate Trinity Catholic College's values and professional standards in all interactions with students, staff, parents and the wider community. You will play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient financial and administrative operations of the College while delivering exceptional customer service. You must be able to demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li>
<li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>experience working in administration</li>
<li>experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li>
<li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li>
<li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li>
<li>accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li>
<li>ability to work collaboratively as part of the College office team to deliver high-quality customer service to students, families and staff</li>
<li>administrative and student services support during peak periods across both campuses</li>
<li>efficient daily operation of the College office through a range of general administrative functions</li>
<li>assisting with the coordination and support of College events, functions and catering as required</li>
<li>ability to manage purchase order requests and ordering of stationery, educational resources, maintenance and general supplies</li>
<li>school fee administration and have skills in fee collections and bursaries</li>
<li>managing banking, receipting and cash handling for school fees, events and charitable activities</li>
<li>supporting the accounts payable and broader financial administration processes</li>
<li>assisting the Business Manager, fee collection processes (including debtor reporting and follow-up), and the administration of bursaries and fee relief applications</li>
<li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal</li>
<li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.</li>
