Santa Sabina College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer – to join our vibrant team.

Our Early Education Centre (Mary Bailey House) and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services are located in the grounds of the Primary (Del Monte) Campus.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position:&nbsp;</strong>Temporary Full Time (covering staff leave)&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Commencement date:&nbsp;</strong>20 April 2026</p> <p><strong>End date:&nbsp;</strong>26 June 2026&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Classification:</strong> Clerical and Administration Services Level 4.1 under the&nbsp;<i>Independent Schools NSW (Professional Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement (CMEA</i>)&nbsp;<i>2025.</i></p> <p><strong>Hours:&nbsp;</strong>8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Santa Sabina College, Secondary Campus, Strathfield, NSW</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br> As the Administration Officer – Mission and Pastoral Care, you will provide essential support to the Deputy Principal – Mission and Pastoral Care.
