NGC staff must be able to think outside the box, roll up their sleeves and create amazing learning experiences for our students.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>All vocational teachers receive administrative support with organising and maintaining relevant documentation and other compliance matters.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Duties:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Program, plan, deliver and assess a hands-on Certificate III in Business course to Year 11 &amp; 12 students</li> <li>Gather evidence and complete administration to assist students to gain their qualification</li> <li>Ensure structure, preparedness and engaging training delivery and activities</li> <li>Maintain links with current and emerging industry trends</li> <li>Undertake work placement visits</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current NESA Teacher</li> <li>Qualifications in Business</li> <li>TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or willingness to upgrade/obtain</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years in the industry</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge and passion for your subject</li> <li>Strong commitment to genuine best practices in quality training and assessing&nbsp;</li> <li>Be a team player with a high level of flexibility and adaptability</li> </ul>
