This role plays a vital part in supporting teaching and learning by helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their best.</p> <p>Working alongside classroom teachers, the successful applicant will support students through small group and individual learning, assist with classroom routines, and contribute positively to student wellbeing and behaviour.
