Secondary Classroom Education Support (ESO) provides diverse learning support for students, especially those with learning/social/emotional challenges.

<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Are you interested in working in the classroom setting? We are seeking applicants who have a passion to assist student learning in the classroom, within small groups, and in a one-on-one capacity, starting as soon as possible.</p> <p>The classroom education support position (Learning Diversity ESO) is for five (5) days per week, working 6.25 hours per day, during term time with limited school holiday work. Reduced days per week will be considered for suitable applicants.</p> <p>The Learning Diversity ESO reports to the Head of Learning Diversity and works in collaboration with designated coordinators, including Inclusive Education, English is an Additional Language or Dialect, and Academic Support. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide tailored educational support to students with a range of learning needs,&nbsp;such as those with disabilities, those requiring targeted academic intervention, and students for whom English is an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D). This support is delivered through in-class&nbsp;assistance, small group instruction, and the implementation of intervention programs, using inclusive and differentiated strategies to promote student engagement and success.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are passionate about education and committed to supporting student learning in inclusive and engaging ways.
