The School Marketing Project Partner plays a key role in supporting the strategic direction of Shaping Tomorrow, Together in Faith by delivering high-quality, localised marketing across all schools within a designated area.

<p>Working closely with Principals, Precinct Leads and school marketing officers, this role reports into the Marketing & Communications Lead, and plays a key role in supporting the strategic direction of <i>Shaping Tomorrow, Together in Faith</i> by delivering high-quality, localised marketing across all schools within a designated area. This role strengthens the connection between schools, families, and the broader community by ensuring consistent messaging, authentic storytelling, and brand-aligned communications that support the full family journey—from Baptism through to post-school pathways.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>permanent, full-time</strong> role based at Head Office in Pennant Hills but will also be working in our schools on the Northern Beaches.</p>
<p>Please note this role will be required to work throughout the school holidays.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Developing, executing and measuring an annual marketing plan and monitoring the precinct schools’ marketing budgets</li>
<li>Developing innovative marketing and promotional activities to drive student enrolment growth, communicate a compelling value proposition, and enhance the brand and reputation of the schools within the precinct</li>
<li>Continuously improving the online presence of the schools and visual identity, including increased use of engaging video content</li>
<li>With support from CSBB’s Market Insights Partner acquire, analyse and use data, analytics and insights to optimise marketing initiatives and events</li>
<li>A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>As the ideal candidate you must be supportive of the Catholic ethos and have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a similar marketing role (education/not-for-profit industry experience is a bonus!)</li>
<li>Solid digital marketing experience</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder engagement and able to connect with leadership</li>
<li>Experience in photography and videography including editing of photos and video</li>
<li>Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications are highly desirable</li>
<li>A customer service mindset</li>
<li>Excellence in active listening, collaborating with others and being open to different perspectives</li>
<li>A creative flair for design with a sound understanding of contemporary design principles</li>
<li>The ability to balance projects and manage competing demands</li>
<li>A valid Working With Children Check <i>(or willing to obtain)</i> and current NSW Drivers Licence</li>
