The College is seeking an energetic and community minded Sports Administrator to join a high performing Sports Department.

Our outdoor education campus, Tallong, is located on 97 hectares in the Southern Highlands. Our Early Education Centre (Mary Bailey House) and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services are located in the grounds of the Primary (Del Monte) Campus.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Permanent Part-time&nbsp;</strong>4 days per week (60.8 hrs a fortnight) Term Time only</p> <p><strong>Commencement date:&nbsp;</strong>Immediate start or be negotiation</p> <p><strong>Classification:&nbsp;</strong><i>Instructional Services Level 5.1 under the Independent Schools NSW (Professional and Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025</i></p> <p><strong>The successful candidate will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College and promote the prayer life of the College</li> <li>have exceptional administration skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, communications and logistics being able to support the College Sports program including weekend sport, invitational carnivals, College Sports Carnivals and all other events in the Department</li> <li>have strong organisational capability and attention to detail, particularly during peak competition periods</li> <li>have ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and external partners</li> <li>have a sound understanding of coaching principles with the confidence to recruit, support and mentor coaches</li> <li>have availability for weekend commitments including Sunday Sydney Volleyball Leave (SVL) supervision (end of Term 1) and Saturday morning sport (Term 1 -4)</li> <li>have current CPR, First Aid Certification and Working with Children check clearance</li> </ul> <p>Applications must contain a cover letter addressed to the&nbsp;<strong>College Principal, Ms Paulina Skerman</strong>, outlining relevant experience and a detailed Curriculum Vitae must be submitted with the names and contact details of three referees.</p> <p>For further information please go to our College Website&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ssc.nsw.edu.au/about-us/employment/" rel="nofollow">https://www.ssc.nsw.edu.au/about-us/employment/</a> or contact Luiz Ramalho, Director of Sports and Activities P-12&nbsp; on (02) 9745 0221.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Applications close: 4:00pm Friday 20 February&nbsp;2026.</strong></p> <p><i>The College is committed to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
