<p>Located in the semi-rural suburb of Arcadia, NSW, Northholm Grammar School is a K–12 co-educational Anglican school committed to cultivating character, scholarship and community. With a strong emphasis on academic achievement, pastoral care, and the development of young people of integrity, the school provides a dynamic and personalised learning environment in a close-knit, values-driven setting.</p> <p>The Business Manager reports to the Principal and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, with oversight of all business services and financial strategy.</p> <p>The Business Manager provides strategic and operational leadership of business functions in a collaborative, high-trust environment. The role encompasses oversight of finance, property, facilities, IT, HR support services, compliance and trading operations. As a partner to the Principal and advisor to the School Board, the Business Manager plays a vital role in shaping the school’s strategic direction, ensuring long-term sustainability and resource stewardship.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Selection Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Commitment to support and promote the Christian mission and values of Northholm Grammar School through ethical stewardship and service.</li> <li>Strategic leadership in the provision and management of financial, business and operational services that enhance student learning outcomes.</li> <li>Proven capacity to lead continuous improvement and change across financial systems, facilities, compliance and administrative operations.</li> <li>Ability to mentor, develop and lead high-performing teams across business, property and support services.</li> <li>Expertise in overseeing financial planning, risk, compliance, WHS and resource management in a school setting.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with the School Council, staff, families and broader community.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Offered as a full-time, ongoing executive appointment, applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
