Together, academic staff and corporate staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Curriculum Leader Arts, the Drama Administration Assistant will support the Drama Department in delivering high-quality drama education, helping students learn and creating engaging creative experiences. This is a Part time Permanent role: 5 hours per day, 3 days per week during school terms.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Drama team by managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality outcomes across curriculum and co-curricular activities.</li> <li>Handle administrative and financial tasks, including purchase orders, invoicing, credit cards, and budget tracking under the guidance of Curriculum Leader.</li> <li>Assist teachers and students in classrooms, studios, and theatres, supporting programs, rehearsals, performances, excursions, and events.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with college policies, including financial procedures, workplace health and safety, and professional conduct.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for in an ideal candidate</strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualification or relevant experience in Arts/Drama; strong technology skills will be highly regarded.</li> <li>Practical experience with scripts, costumes, sets, lighting, and recording (digital and live).</li> <li>Confident using College systems (Google Drive, OneDrive, Synergetic) and engaging professionally with students, staff, parents, and contractors.</li> <li>Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How to Apply&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>To apply, please submit your cover letter and curriculum vitae, demonstrating how you meet the requirements of the Position Description by clicking on the Apply button provided.
