<p><strong>Ongoing – 2 days per week (15 hours), 39 term weeks plus one additional week</strong><br><strong>Commencing as soon as possible</strong></p> <p>Concordia College, Highgate, SA is seeking to appoint a Laboratory Technician.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Laboratory Technician will work with the Laboratory Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the Science Laboratories and management of resources, and to provide support to science teachers in effectively delivering the Science curricula of the College. Work priorities will be assigned daily by the Laboratory Manager.</p> <p>Examples of tasks include preparing chemical solutions, sourcing materials, setting up and dismantling practical equipment, providing technical support for science classes and ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.</p> <p>This position requires the ability to manage needs calmy and effectively, balancing several tasks during busy periods. This position will require a high level of digital technology competencies commensurate with the needs of the role.</p> <p>An expectation of the role is to carry out the duties of the position in a manner consistent with the values of the College that enhances the standing of the College in the community.
