Many experience school-related anxiety, neurodivergence or mental health challenges. Staff co-create a predictable, welcoming environment that supports confidence and connection.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The role of Deputy Principal will join the Leadership Team of the school and report directly to the Campus Principal. The Deputy Principal has delegated responsibility from the Campus Principal for the management and leadership of the campus and any outreach services related to that campus. The position provides leadership and supervision to staff and the young people of the campus, working collaboratively with the Campus Principal, Central Office team members and other personnel as required. The successful applicant will be an experienced educational leader with a passion for, and experience in, working with disenfranchised young people of all social, cultural and religious backgrounds.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be employed as an ongoing Teacher with a with a Fixed Term Position of Leadership for 5 years to commence in Term 2 2026 and&nbsp;will be employed under the Catholic Education<i><strong> </strong></i>Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
