<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>Working under the guidance of the Service Leader and Assistant Service Leader, you will deliver high-quality care that supports children’s wellbeing, development, and learning in a safe, inclusive environment. You will build and maintain genuine partnerships with children and families, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and show a commitment to continuous improvement.</p>
<p>This is a permanent part-time position of 22.5 hours per week, worked on weekdays. The role includes 2 hours of non-contact time per week. Working hours may vary between school term periods and vacation care.</p>
<p>Successful candidates will work split shifts two days per week, covering two mornings and every afternoon.</p>
<p><strong>Your role as an OSHC Educator, you will be expected to</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support daily OSHC operations under the guidance of the Service Leader such as assist in planning and delivering high-quality programs in a safe and inclusive environment</li>
<li>Lead by example and promote positive, professional communication with the staffs, families and students</li>
<li>Maintain accurate program, attendance, incident, and compliance records and performing administrative duties including rostering, purchasing supplies, and event planning<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, or currently working towards, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in OSHC or a similar setting</li>
<li>Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place</li>
<li>Current Working with Children Check</li>
<li>Current First Aid and CPR certification</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Current Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)</li>
