Our leaders are not only educators but mentors and role models who make a lasting impact.</p> <p>We welcome applications from leaders who bring expertise, creativity and a heart for students.</p> <p><strong>Position type:</strong> Permanent, Full Time<br><strong>Commencement date:</strong> Term 2 2026</p> <p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential</strong></p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualification in Education</li> <li>Current registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and application of inclusive education practices, including NCCD and Individual Support Plans (ISPs)</li> <li>Experience leading or coordinating inclusive learning or student support in a school context</li> <li>Current Blue Card Exemption (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership or a related field</li> <li>Experience coaching or mentoring staff to build capacity in inclusive practice</li> </ul>
