<p><strong>Above Award Rates! $99,000 - $103,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 12.75% superannuation </strong></p>
<p>Are you passionate about creating fun and educational experiences for the primary students enrolled in our OSHC and vacation programs? Trinity Anglican School (TAS) is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and professional OSHC Coordinator to efficiently manage the operations of our White Rock OSHC Service, by implementing programs aligned with approved learning frameworks, whilst effectively managing educators and student supervision. </p>
<p><strong>About the Roles </strong></p>
<p>As the OSHC Coordinator, you will work under the guidance of the Manager ECEC and in collaboration with the OSHC Educational Leader to deliver programs that are fun, engaging and educational across before school care, after school care and vacation care. You will play a key role in ensuring the service meets all National Education and Care Services Laws and Regulations, adheres to the ECA Code of Ethics and maintains full compliance with licensing requirements. </p>
<p>A core part of this role is leading and supporting the OSHC team. You will coordinate rosters and foster a positive, supportive and professional team culture through ongoing coaching, mentoring and training. Your leadership will help ensure the delivery of high quality programs that reflect the needs and interests of children and families. </p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate daily attendance records, managing enrolment related communication with families and government departments, and overseeing CCS payments and submissions. You will also issue and follow up on outstanding accounts, ensuring financial processes run smoothly and professionally. </p>

<p><strong> Do you have the following…     </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification) or working towards attainment </li>
<li>Experience in a similar role in a School environment </li>
<li>Certificate – CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing to attain) </li>
<li>Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) (or willing to attain) </li>
</ul>

<li>High level team leadership skills </li>
<li>A keen interest in the development and wellbeing of primary aged students </li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of the application of the Education and Care Services Laws and Regulations and National Quality Standard, or ability to learn </li>
<li>Knowledge of, and ability to use a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite, Xplor and TASS.web, or ability to learn </li>
<li>Well-developed interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills </li>
<li>Intermediate computer skills MS Word, Ms Excel and MS Outlook </li>
<li>Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills </li>
<li>Advanced communication skills in verbal and written English </li>
<li>A flair for developing creative and interesting activities for students! </li>
