Trinity Anglican School (TAS) is looking for&nbsp;an&nbsp;enthusiastic,&nbsp;caring&nbsp;and&nbsp;professional OSHC Coordinator to efficiently manage&nbsp;the&nbsp;operations&nbsp;of&nbsp;our White Rock OSHC&nbsp;Service,&nbsp;by implementing programs aligned with approved learning frameworks, whilst&nbsp;effectively managing educators and student supervision.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Roles&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>As the OSHC Coordinator, you will&nbsp;work&nbsp;under the guidance of the&nbsp;Manager ECEC and&nbsp;in&nbsp;collaboration with&nbsp;the OSHC Educational Leader to deliver programs that are fun,&nbsp;engaging&nbsp;and educational across before school care, after school care and vacation care. You will play a key role in ensuring the service meets all National Education and Care Services Laws and Regulations, adheres to the ECA Code of&nbsp;Ethics&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;full compliance with licensing requirements.&nbsp;</p> <p>A core part of this role is&nbsp;leading&nbsp;and&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;the OSHC team. You will coordinate rosters and foster a positive,&nbsp;supportive&nbsp;and professional team culture through ongoing coaching,&nbsp;mentoring&nbsp;and training. Your leadership will help ensure the delivery of&nbsp;high&nbsp;quality&nbsp;programs that reflect the needs and interests of children and families.&nbsp;</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;daily attendance records, managing&nbsp;enrolment&nbsp;related&nbsp;communication with families and government departments, and overseeing CCS payments and submissions.
