We invite parents, caregivers, and students to discover a Catholic education delivered with care and compassion, available through our Kindergarten to Year 12 pathways.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;highly organised&nbsp;<strong>Service Delivery Officer</strong>&nbsp;to join our Digital Enablement team within the Infrastructure Workstream.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a&nbsp;<strong>genuinely hybrid, operational role</strong>&nbsp;that combines:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>AV deployment and maintenance</strong>&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>IT hardware and asset lifecycle management</strong>&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>E-waste coordination</strong>&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>On-site and remote technical support</strong>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>It is best suited to someone with a&nbsp;<strong>technical support background</strong>&nbsp;who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with schools.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role is <strong>primarily on-site </strong>at our Pennant Hills office, requiring occasional travel across our schools.</p> <p>This&nbsp;<strong>is a permanent, full-time opportunity </strong>to start as soon as possible.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting to the Support Lead, you will deliver services across four core areas:&nbsp;</p> <p>1. AV Deployment &amp; Maintenance&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Work with Vendors to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AV equipment including TVs, projectors, mirroring devices (e.g. Vivi),&nbsp;cabling&nbsp;and accessories&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct site visits and inspections&nbsp;where&nbsp;required&nbsp;to recommend&nbsp;appropriate AV&nbsp;technology&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure installations meet safety and compliance standards and coordinate remediation where&nbsp;required&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>2. User Hardware &amp; IT Asset Management&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage the lifecycle of standard computing devices (desktops, laptops, monitors) from&nbsp;selection&nbsp;through to end-of-life&nbsp;</li> <li>Support schools with hardware selection aligned to needs, facilities and budget&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with IT asset audits, including communications, data&nbsp;validation&nbsp;and follow-up&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>3. E-Waste Coordination&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate secure and compliant e-waste disposal&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure all CSBB devices are data-wiped in line with security requirements&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>4.
